Looking back, the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Ceremonies & celebrations were pretty awesome…
First of all, when THIS happened….
Look at you, Canada. Being all patriotic and beautifully cultural.
There was even a giant polar bear…
And acrobatic skiers & snowboarders on a mountain…
Yeah, you really gotta give a round of applause for Canada because eh, Canada knows how to celebrate…
What, did you expect an igloo or something?
Well, surprisingly there was an igloo set up too..
Yeah, Vancouver was a great host for the Winter Olympics…

Hell yeah, Vancouver! Awesome scenery & great downtown too…

But now let’s get back to talking about the Olympic ceremonies though…
There were Royal Canadian mounties, & maple syrup & stuff…
And of course, Canada LOVES their hockey…
And OF COURSE all of the athletes who attended were pretty awesome too…
But even after all of this stuff,
why were so many people laughing about the Vancouver 2010 Closing Ceremony & saying it was kind of ridiculous?
Oh.
(Casually reinforcing the Canadian stereotypes of moose & canoes) …
Oh.
They crossed the line with the walking maple leafs and the giant beavers.
But hey, Canada’s more than what it is believed to be…
These are just a few reasons why Canadians are AWESOME..
